Happy Holidays
We want to wish all of you a merry Christmas (happy Kwanzaa, Hanukkah or Festivus) and a happy new year.
2014 has been an amazing year and all of you (Kickstarter backers) have been a big part of it.
We have had our ups and downs (timing and tooling has been the biggest drag) but for 2015 you can count on me working even harder and completing our Kickstarter project.
You guys (Kickstarter backers) are first priority in receiving a DaHÄNGER before anybody else.
Thank you soooo much for all the support.
Enjoy the holidays,
Jurgen
Indoor cycling
What to do in the winter?
Why not take a trip to Canada and try riding some laps on the track.
This is one of only three indoor tracks in north america.
We'll be packing up our track bikes and heading up there in February.
Come join us.
DaHÄNGER - New name and tooling update.
Well, it took a little longer than expected but we officially have a new name. From now on “the bike shelf formerly know as Shelfie” (poking a little fun at Prince) will be called DaHÄNGER. Since it was developed and tested in “da Bronx” with a strong European design influence it just seemed fitting to add the Umlaut over the “A”. Our trademark search came back without any similar marks and all the paperwork has been filed with the PTO. We also tested our mold last week, which still needs some improvements. I received a sample (not completely filled part)...
Shelfie Kickstarter update #14 Trademark conundrum
I couldn’t decide on a headline, so I am using them all: -Why I don’t sleep at night. -Free #Shelfie. -Welcome to corporate America. -Create vs. destroy. -Money solves everything. I have been worried about doing an update like this for a long time. I don’t remember the last time that I slept thru a whole night without waking up thinking about this. The following text will only state the facts on what has been going on without my personal thoughts and opinions....
