New York City bike riding is much safer now, but there is still room for improvements
watch out for cabs, construction sites, busses, pedestrians and everything else. New York city cycling always demands 100% attention. It has become much safer to travel thru city streets on two wheels, but it's still a long way from being a european cycling friendly city.

Kickstarter update #17 - ( dahanger tooling )
Our manufacturer and tooling partner from New York took a trip overseas to check on the progress for the redesign of the mold. He is very happy with all the changes and send us this picture of the almost completed (third) core. We should be able to test the mold within the next two weeks and if everything works as promised, it will be crated and shipped back to NY for production. Nobody will be happier than me when the waiting finally comes to an end. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't change a thing....
Can't stop - won't stop
Just because it's winter and 15 degrees Fahrenheit doesn't mean you have to stop riding. Put on all your layers and gather your friends for a winter bike shop group ride.

Happy Holidays
We want to wish all of you a merry Christmas (happy Kwanzaa, Hanukkah or Festivus) and a happy new year.
2014 has been an amazing year and all of you (Kickstarter backers) have been a big part of it.
We have had our ups and downs (timing and tooling has been the biggest drag) but for 2015 you can count on me working even harder and completing our Kickstarter project.
You guys (Kickstarter backers) are first priority in receiving a DaHÄNGER before anybody else.
Thank you soooo much for all the support.
Enjoy the holidays,
Jurgen
